Picture Nr. 1. I got an assaignment where we could choose two of the great photographers. I chose Irving Penn and Edward Weston, and we would try to copy some of the work they had done. I chose to copy the still life pictures they had done. I chose to use vegetables and food, in my particular pictures the first are of two gingers and the other a cracked open egg.

Picture Nr 2. Is a portrait picture wich also includes some abstract work. The face of the person is hidden behind something wich could mean that this person does not want to be seen and have his identity hidden. It is a picture from earlier, but I feel it that it does fit in with my other pictures. Because of the lighting, shadows and such, you can also see the outline of the face on the material.

Picture Nr 3. Another picture from the art assaingment from school. But in this particular picture the colors represent the moods of which a person can feel.

Picture Nr 4. In this picture I got a assaignment where I had to take a picture and mix the light outside and inside. The inside for this matter is the weird door with the rope in front of it and the outside is between the buildings. I feel like I managed to balance the light between these two places pretty good, and luckily my teachers liked this picture pretty good.

Picture Nr 5. The task was to take a portrait photography in the photostudio and have the background all black and still get the modell to pop out and be visible. I only got to use one light with or without a softbox, I used a big softbox on the modell. The modell had to have both hands in the picture and the hands had to be in a classic style/look elegant and not ugly.

Picture Nr 6. This is a self portrait wich I am very happy with, it was taken in a studio. I was trying to add some mystery to the picture by adding the hand in front of the face. One side has light while the other is dark but you can still see hints of the features.

Picture Nr 7 and 8. This was the last assaignment of the previous school year. I could choose our own style and make a series of what we wanted. I created a kind of horror series with a little bit of japanese culture included with the zombies and such. I liked this because I could play around and have fun. On the first picture we see a person that is about to get eaten, I know it is in the daytime but I wanted to look away from the classic zombies at night thing and try something else. The zombies chased after the girl and as a result we see this picture, we do not know if they have already killed her off or if she is still alive. This is up to the viewer to find out and speculate.
In the other two pictures I chose to take them in the studio, here I show the a zombie male warrior and a woman in a japanese kimono. The two are preparing for the final battle between themselves. I used a makeup artist for these pictures.

Picture Nr 9. I got an assaignment where I was going to take pictures in a hotel, my particular picture is of the suite. I lighted up the room with a blitz and used a tripod wich held the camera steady. I chose to show the walking space that led past the chairs and straight to the sofa.

Picture Nr 10. This was a practice task. I got a paper with a family tree on it and we could choose one person. The one I chose was called Crow. I chose to take a photograph of a person hiding half of his face crouching in front of a cross. I was trying to show that he was a person whom you do not know very much about, wich makes him mysterious

Picture Nr 11 & 12. These two pictures are somewhat related in a picture series I had near the end of the year of 2014. The main object are the glasses, this was a commercial task where we had to take still life pictures of the glasses. We could do this however we wanted. I chose to make a story out of my pictures where we follow a photographer who is in the studio preparing for the shoot and finishing the shoot, I chose the two pictures I liked the most and the ones the teachers said they thought was really good.
In picture 1 (11) we see the research phase for the photographer, he has his pens, pencils, figures, writingblock and glasses. He has done some scribbling and sketches already, so he is trying to figure out how the pictures will turn out.
In picture 2 (12) we see the final result. Two glasses besides eachother, kinda like a little brother and a big brother. I tried to make the background not too white, I wanted it to be a little grey mixed with white. There is plexiglass underneath the glasses, which gives of a reflexion and make things look good.

Picture Nr 13. This was one of the results of a school project where we were going to take wedding photography. I wished for the bride to be on the ground, everything is dark and she is looking down on her flowers. We don't know if she has been left or if she is waiting for someone. We don't know if she is sad or happy. It is the one who sees the picture who has to figure it out.
The teacher's wanted uss to experience the rush and difficulties wich photographers who do this genre as a living have. It was only a taste for uss, but it was pretty difficult and stressful.
